Baku Stock Exchange migrates to a new trading system

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. From June 01, 2009 Baku Stock Exchange starts two-week trainings for the representatives of brokerage firms on transition to the new trading system. The specialists of BSE Trading Department made presentation about new trading system and held practical workshop in the trading hall.

Starting from tomorrow the transactions will be recorded in old along with the new (test) system. This will give an opportunity for the brokers to get familiar with the new system and conduct the final user stress-test.

By the end of this month BSE plans to move to the new system. The new system is based on Oracle database which is more functionally flexible than previous one. Additionally the new system enables remote access for the brokers.

The trainings are open for all BSE-member broker and dealer firms.
