A Draft law that complicates employment of migrant workers introduced in State Duma

Baku-APA. The deputies of the Communist Party in the State Duma introduced a bill abolishing simplified procedure for the employment of foreigners coming to Russia without visas, APA reports quoting RIA Novosti.

"If the draft law is adopted, citizens of neighboring countries, with the exception of citizens of Belarus and Kazakhstan, will be able to get work visas only on general grounds ", - stated in the explanatory documents to the bill.

The proposed amendments, the Communists believe, will contribute to the effective protection of the employment rights of Russians, the rights of migrant workers, and promote the convergence of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space and the Eurasian Economic Community (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan).
