Russian intelligence has claimed that the attack on the Sevastopol Defense Museum was a provocation orchestrated by London, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) said the attack on the museum was "a carefully planned provocation by London and its intelligence services."
"The Ukrainian military prepared and launched the drones. However, the Ukrainians were most likely unaware of the true purpose of the attack. The flight missions were uploaded into the weapon systems by British specialists," the Russian intelligence service said in a statement.
Note that in June this year, the authorities of Sevastopol reported a drone attack on the building of the "Defense of Sevastopol" panorama museum. Several hours later, the city's mayor announced that the panorama had been practically destroyed.
