Peace in the Middle East is possible through a two-state solution, with the establishment of a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan during the official opening ceremony of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, APA reports.
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan called on the world to support Palestine. The Turkish President stated that Israel's attacks have undermined the fight against ISIS in Syria. He also mentioned that Israel is trying to incite ethnic and religious minorities in Syria against the central government: "My calmness and our efforts to resolve issues through diplomatic means should not deceive anyone. We act with principles in foreign policy. We want peace and prosperity for all the peoples of the region. We are in agreement with the U.S. and Russia on Syria. We will decisively take all steps regarding Syria."
