A person who killed the Member of the Assembly of Experts, Iranian cleric Abbas-Ali Soleimani has been sentenced to death, said the head of the General Administration of Justice of Mazandaran province, APA reports.
According to him, the person who killed Soleimani was charged with intentional homicide and sentenced to death. After the court decision is finalized and the legal procedure is completed, the decision will be implemented.
Note that the Iranian cleric Abbas-Ali Soleimani was killed in the city of Babolsar in the northern province of Mazandaran in April.
