Iran’s three conditions for oil export to Europe

Three to Five year purchase contract is one of the prerequisites Iran is asking for, the news agency quoted the Spanish industry minister. Iran asks also for a guarantee on the payment of crude purchase and also wants to remove the option of force majeure for canceling the purchase contracts. Jose Manuel Soria talking to Reuters has also said that Iran would no more deliver crude to EU countries on short term contracts. Soreia reiterated that Spain has alternative crude supplies to Iran and had talks with Saudi-Arabia, Russia and Iraq for crude supply. On Tuesday Iranian oil minister has called ambassadors of six European countries to Teheran announcing them the new Iranian conditions for oil export
