Sportsman executed publicly in Iran

Baku. Konul Jafarli – APA. A kickboxing coach was executed in the Iran’s Karaj city. APA reports that the case of Hasan Armin, who was accused of killing police officer, was heard in the first department of Karaj City Court. The sportsman was sentenced to death and hanged publicly on January 31, 2012.
Hassan Armin runover police officer Gurbanali Nazari by his car while was persecuted by police in 2009. The sportsman was wounded in shoulder as a result of the police’ firing and then was arrested. According to some reports, Armin was tortured in prison.
