Famous Azerbaijani jazzwoman Aziza Mustafazadeh gives a concert in Heydar Aliyev Palace

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova –APA. US-resided Azerbaijani jazz performer, world-known jazzman Vagif Mustafazadeh’s daughter Aziza Mustafazadeh gave a concert in the Heydar Aliyev Palace. She performed her own pieces, as well as compositions of Vagif Mustafazadeh and other world classics in the two-hour concert. Aziza Mustafazadeh appeared on the modest scene designed only with the black grand piano and welcomed her audience. “I am happy that I am giving a concert in Baku again. We prepared special program for you. Although that
I am speaking in Russian, I will sing in Azerbaijani, because all my heart belongs to Azerbaijan”. Aziza said she was grown with the music of her father Vagif Mustafazadeh. “I was grown with his music and I can’t live without it”.

At first Aziza Mustafazadeh performed her composition “Every Time” dedicated to Heydar Aliyev. Then she played in piano different jazz compositions about her homeland. She also performed “The Crying Land” dedicated to Khojali tragedy. “We will never forget the innocent peoples killed in that tragedy. It is impossible to forget all these tragedies. We have such beautiful land like Karabakh”.

After every performance Aziza Mustafazadeh communicated with her audience. After the concert she repeatedly appeared on the scene under applauds of audience and performed her famous “March” composition. She was accompanied by American Ralph Chetto and Simon Chimbardo.

Aziza thanked her viewers and promised to vist Baku again and to give concert here.
