U.S. citizen claiming to be Muslum Magomayevâ€™s son wants a share from his wealth

Moscow â€“ APA. A U.S. citizen, who claims to be Muslum Magomayevâ€™s son, wants a share from his wealth. APA reports quoting Jizn newspaper that Muslum-Daniel is the son of Lyudmila Karev, with whom Muslum Magomayev had a civil marriage for six years. Magomayevâ€™s wife Tamara Sinyavskaya assured that the man wanting to get a share from his wealth was not his son.
â€œMuslum and Lyudmila loved each other. But in the 70s Lyudmila left for America. She had a son there and she named him Muslum,â€ she said.
Many years later Lyudmila Karev said Muslum Magomayev was the father of her son. But Muslum Magomayev refuted it in his interviews.
â€œI had a civil marriage with that woman for 6 years, not for 16 years as she claims. We had no child. If I had had a son, I would not have left him. On the contrary I would be proud of him. We had normal relations with her after parting. She also had normal relations with Tamara Sinyavskaya. But nowâ€¦ Either she was not in her right mind, or she did it for sensation,â€ he said.
Muslum Magomayevâ€™s daughter Marina also said Lyudmila Karevâ€™s son was not her brother.
â€œHe is not my fatherâ€™s son. My father used to say: â€œI am a noble man. I would never abandon my children. But he is not my son, I even know whose son he is,â€ she said.
