Exhibition on International Day of Peace opens in Museum Center

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova – APA. Exhibition on September 21 – International Day of Peace has been organized in Museum Center by Ombudsman’s Office. APA reports that about 100 works describing peace by pupils of various schools have been exhibited. Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova said the day declared by the UN was of great importance for Azerbaijan. UN Resident-Coordinator to Azerbaijan Bruno Pouezat, Ambassador of Switzerland to Azerbaijan Alain Guidetti, Russia’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasili Istratov and others addressed the event. Ombudsman’s Office plans to organize range of events on the occasion of September 21 – International day of Peace.
