Azerbaijani artists to display works in Baku art gallery

Baku. Ulker Gasimova – APA. Azerbaijani well-known artists will display their works in the new summer art gallery in Baku Art Center. The works painted by Togrul Narimanbeyov, Nadir Abdurrahmanov, Ashraf Heybatov, Altay Sadigzadeh, Mikayil Abdurrahmanov, Gayyur Yunus, Soltan Gara, Tatyana Agababayeva, Isa Mammadov, Sabir Kamil oglu and Rusiko Chikvaidze will be put up for sale, head of the Baku Art Gallery told APA.

Togrul Narimanbeyov’s “Lyric Composition” painted in 1970 is the most expensive among the works to be displayed in the art gallery. It costs 10300 AZN. Narimanbeyov’s another work entitled “Composition with Pomegranate” costs 7500 AZN. Oil painting by Altay Sadigzadeh “Promenade” will be put up for sale for 7000 AZN. Rusiko Chikvaidze’s work from the series “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” is expected to be sold for 2380 AZN. Sabir Kamil oglu’s “Abstract Composition” will be offered for 1350 AZN, Tatyana Agababayeva’s “Mother and Child”, “Glance Out of the Window” and “Lilac” - 1300 AZN, Gayyur Yunus’ “Composition” – 1050 AZN, Mikayil Abdurrahmanov’s “Midday View of Absheron” – 900 AZN.

“Meeting”, “Step” and “Conversation” by Soltan Gara will be put up for 420 AZN, “Old City” by Fakhri Abbasov – 350 AZN, “Baku” and “Venice” by Isa Mammadov – 840 AZN and 740 AZN, “Copperware” still-life painting by Ashraf Heybatov – 550 AZN, “Lake” by Maleyka Farmanova – 450 AZN, “Conversation” by Farman Gulamov – 800 AZN, “Mountainous Village” by Nadir Abdurrahmanov – 400 AZN.
