Baku-APA. One person was stabbed dead and multiple persons were injured in an attack on Wednesday at a high school in the U.S. state of Texas, local media reported, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
The stabbing happened about 7 a.m. local time on the Spring High School campus in Houston, according to the real-time report of the Houston Chronicle.
Authorities said one student died on the scene and two others were flown by a medical helicopter to a hospital for treatment. No information was available about the condition of the injured.
The school is now on lockdown and police are on the scene to investigate. It is reported that four people have been detained by authorities.
