India has agreed to purchase more oil from the United States, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in an interview with Fox News, APA reports.
"Yesterday was a very productive day, they made a deal where India agreed to stop buying Russian oil and buy more American oil from the United States and possibly Venezuela. Prime Minister [Narendra] Modi committed to buying $500 billion worth of American energy, transportation, and agricultural products," Leavitt said.
