The US Federal Reserve, the country's central bank, maintained its key interest rate at 3.5-3.75% following three consecutive cuts at its meeting, according to a statement posted on the regulator's website, APA reports.
"In support of its goals, the FOMC decided to maintain the target range for the federal funds rate at 3.5-3.75%," the statement said.
The results of the next US regulator's rate meeting will be published on March 18.
