U.S. President Donald Trump has shared a photo of America’s largest aircraft carrier on his Truth Social account, APA reports.
The U.S. President had earlier stated that additional military forces were being sent to the region:
“Additional military forces are being deployed to the region, and more forces are on the way.”
He noted that another aircraft carrier is also being positioned.
“If negotiations with Iran fail, the aircraft carrier must be in the region. Negotiations with Iran will be successful. Otherwise, it will be a bad day for them,” Trump said.
The White House leader also stated that a change of power in Iran would be the best outcome.
“For 47 years, Iranian officials have been talking. During this time, while they were talking, we have lost many people,” he emphasized.
