Azerbaijan makes public number of children aged 14-18 who committed crimes

Baku. Konul Kamilgizi – APA. The statistics of the crimes committed by children aged 14-18 has been made public in Azerbaijan.

 

The State Statistical Committee told APA that 514 children aged 14-18 committed crimes in the country lat year. 272 of them were arrested.

 

The children aged 14-18, who committed crimes, makes 3,5% of the total number of the people committing crimes. 5,9% of the children was charged with premeditated murder, 9% with causing serious bodily injuries, 7,7% with raping, 13,3% with theft, 8,6% with robbery, 10,7% with burglary, 0,5% with fraud, 3,3% with hooliganism, 0,4% with crimes regarding drugs and 2,1% with other crimes.
