Organized by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a tour to Gabala and Shaki was organized for Ukrainian children brought to the country to receive social-psychological rehabilitation services, the Ministry told APA.
Ministry noted that previously, they visited the Icherisheher and Shirvanshahs' Palace Complex, Maiden Tower and seaside boulevard, as well as Ateshgah Temple, Yanardag monument and other places.
The Ukrainian children were involved in a number of group therapies, meditation and yoga exercises, and psycho-social training in Baku and the regions (Gabala, Shaki). They were also introduced to national cuisine and masterclasses were held for them in this area.
The 10-day social-psychological rehabilitation program aims to support the stabilization of the emotional state of those children and their integration into society.
Together with the previous 4 groups, a total of 150 Ukrainian children were brought to the country and provided with social-psychological rehabilitation services.
