Two separate fires in Shaki have damaged a private house and a passenger car, with no injuries reported, APA's North-Western Bureau reports.
The first fire occurred at around 11:00 p.m. on September 3 in Shaki city.
The fire broke out in a single-storey private house owned by Dilgam Mammadseyid Aghababayev. The house consisted of three rooms and an enclosed veranda.
The blaze destroyed the combustible structures of the house, household belongings inside, as well as the combustible structures of a shed attached to the property.
The second fire occurred at around 1:00 a.m. on a section of the Yevlakh-Zagatala-Georgia highway passing through Goybulag village in Shaki.
A Mercedes passenger car, with registration plate 62-BL-162, owned by Bilal Shaban Khalitov, caught fire while travelling along the road. The vehicle's combustible parts were damaged by the blaze.
No injuries were reported in either incident.
Fire engines and crews from the Shaki District State Fire Protection Unit were dispatched to both locations to extinguish the fires.
