The remains of martyr Mubariz Ilyas Mammadov, who was believed to have gone missing in the First Karabakh War, have been buried after his burial place and identity were determined 32 years later, APA reports.
The remains of Mubariz Mammadov were buried today in the Alley of Martyrs of Keshla settlement in the Nizami district of Baku.
Note that Mubariz Mammadov went missing during the battles for the village of Sirkhavand in Aghdam, and his remains were discovered there, allowing for his identity to be confirmed.
