The remains of soldier Elshan Isamaddin oglu Erzumonov, who went missing during the First Karabakh War, have been handed over to his family in Quba, APA’s local bureau reports.
A farewell ceremony for the martyr was held today in the Quba district.
The ceremony was attended by the martyr's family members, war participants, and public representatives.
The martyr's remains were buried in the Martyrs’ Alley in the city of Guba.
Note that Elshan Erzumonov was born in 1974 in the city of Guba. He was martyred on April 5, 1993, during battles in the direction of Kelbajar and Murovdag.
