Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva and her Office have visited Agdam over fact-finding mission, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Huseynov in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region (except Shusha region) Emin Huseynov wrote on Twitter, APA reports.
"The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ombudsman's office visited Qaragaci and Uzundere cemeteries in the Agdam district with a fact-finding mission and witnessed Armenian vandalism," he noted.
