Baku. Konul Kamilgizi – APA. “Some companies give the Azerbaijani young people wishing to study in Turkey inaccurate information, even promises regarding some university specialties that do not exist,” Turkish Education Minister Nabi Avci said at the joint press conference with Azerbaijani Education Minister Mikayil Jabbarov, APA reports.

He said that in order to prevent damage on the Azerbaijani students coming to Turkey, Turkish embassy in Azerbaijan appealed to the applicants, who wish to study at Turkish universities at their expenses, and to their parents.

According to the Minister, there will be no problem, if every student submits application through the embassy.
“The mediating agencies, whose activities are uncertain, must not be relied on. As applications can be submitted to the Turkish universities only through internet, they can obtain reliable information applying directly to them, or Turkey’s embassy in Azerbaijan. We do not want the Azerbaijani young people coming to study in Turkey to have problems. For this to happen, we want them to come to study in Turkey through the best and most reliable ways. We are glad that Azerbaijanis study at Turkish universities. They should simply enter these universities through reliable ways,” he said.
