He said the reforms will cover all institutes beginning from Presidium.
"These reforms should be well considered. I can not go into details of the reforms," he said.
According to Alizadeh, a new draft law on "Science policy" has been submitted to the parliament.
“Unfortunately, there are shortcomings in the draft law. ANAS objects to licensing of scientific activity. This contradicts the principle of freedom of scientific research. We hope certain proposals will be covered in the draft law. Legislative acts on scientific-technical and innovation activity, intellectual property and exchange of international information must be developed in Azerbaijan,” he said.
