Press service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told APA that as expected unstable weather continued in the country from late April 23 till April 24. There was heavy precipitation in the northern and eastern regions. Precipitation was most recorded in Baku and Absheron peninsula.
The amount of precipitation was 30 mm (130% of monthly norm) in Sumgait, 26 mm (113% of monthly norm) in Baku, 23 mm (25% of monthly norm) in Mashtagha, 16 mm (82% of monthly norm) in Pirallahi, 16 mm (89% of monthly norm) in Chilov, 37 mm (77% of monthly norm) in Guba, 18 mm in Altiaghac, 17 mm in Khachmaz and 1-13 mm in other regions.
