APA reports that the representatives of relevant organizations of various countries made presentations at the conference.
At the end of the conference, Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Emergency Situations Kubatbek Boronov, Kazakhstan’s Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Bozhko and Secretary General of the International Civil Defense Organization Nawaf al-Sleibi made speeches.
Thanking Azerbaijan for organization of the conference, Nawaf al-Sleibi underlined that the experience achieved at the conference will make contribution to the participating countries.
At the end, Gabala Declaration has been adopted.
The conference was organized by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations on the initiative of the International Civil Defense Organization. More than 155 representatives from 54 countries and various international organizations are attending the conference.
