Alternative avenue to be laid to the Heydar Aliyev Avenue

Baku. Konul Kamilgizi – APA. Construction of underground road junction will be finished in July, Minister of Transport Ziya Mammadov told journalists, APA reports.

To him, thereupon, repair works will be carried out in some places: ‘At the same time, an alternative avenue will be laid into the Heydar Aliyev Avenue. Designing works regarding this have already been completed. Practical works will be started within the next month. The alternative avenue will cover the new football stadium and be connected to the Zabrat road junction. Consequently, we will achieve direct exit and entrance in direction of both Heydar Aliyev Avenue and Zabrat. And this will ease movement density on the city’s central street. This is very global project. Besides, Keshla railway station exists on this motor road. It is planned to construct a new bridge in 1.2 km length over the station. Moreover, a new tunnel, which will pass from the back of the station-to-be-built in the direction of junction of Ziya Bunyadov Avenue and Koroglu circle.
