"Emergency situations through the eyes of children" contest winners awarded - <span style="color: red;">PHOTOSESSION

APA reports that Minister of Emergency Situations Kemaleddin Heydarov, Education Minister Mikayil Jabbarov, Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov and head of the UNICEF Office in Azerbaijan Mark Hereward also attended the event.

Works on the nominations of paintings, posters, handicrafts, soft toys and fire and rescue equipment models were submitted to the contest attended by schoolchildren of all secondary schools of Azerbaijan’s cities and regions. The aim of the contest is to establish safety culture among children and attract public attention to the problem of emergency situations.

Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov admired the handicrafts of the schoolchildren and said that Azerbaijan may gain great talents among schoolchildren attending the contest. The Minister wished success to the participants.

Mikayil Jabbarov, Azad Rahimov and others highly estimated the handicrafts of the schoolchildren.

The winners were awarded at the end of the contest.
