A new procedure for declaring a military serviceman or other person missing without notice in connection with military operations as dead is defined, according to the amendment proposed to the Civil Code discussed at the meeting of the Legal Policy and state building committee of the Milli Majlis and recommended to the plenary meeting of the Parliament, APA reports.
