The minister said two more injured people had died, while 25 others remained in hospital.
Gunmen opened fire during a funeral at a Greek Orthodox church in Hamoud village on October 23.
According to an earlier Al Arabiya report, two attackers fired on mourners before fleeing. Police are searching for them.
