Ukraine, the United States and Russia have agreed to hold trilateral talks in November at the level of negotiating groups. At the same time, the United States has resumed full intelligence exchange with Ukraine, and the Starlink and Starshield systems are operating again without previous speed restrictions, President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in an interview with TSN, APA reports.
According to Zelensky, after consultations in Oslo, the American delegation visited St. Petersburg, where it received confirmation of Putin's readiness for a trilateral format of negotiations.
The venue for the meeting has not yet been determined. Abu Dhabi and European countries are being considered. Ukraine insists on the participation of European partners.
The president also announced progress in diplomatic contacts, although the reasons for Putin's willingness to negotiate remain unclear to him.
