The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan has made a new appointment to the position of Chief of Staff, the ministry told APA.
By the relevant order of Minister of Culture Adil Karimli, Hikmat Mustafayev has been appointed to the position.
It was reported that H. Mustafayev, who has been serving in the civil service since 1997, has held various responsible and managerial positions at the State Property Committee, the Ministry of Economic Development, and the State Committee on Property Issues. Prior to this appointment, he served as an adviser to the Director of the Heydar Aliyev Center.
Note that this position was held by Mustafa Abbasbayli. By another order of Adil Karimli, Mustafa Abbasbayli has been appointed as an adviser to the minister.
