A total of 82,926 cars worth 1 billion 673 million 213 thousand dollars were imported to Azerbaijan during January-November 2024, APA-Economics reports citing Azerbaijan's State Customs Committee.
Compared to January-November 2023, the number of cars imported to the country decreased by 6.5% or 5,812 units, while their value increased by 9.9% or 150.8 million dollars. In the corresponding period of 2023, 88,738 cars worth 1 billion 522 million 373 thousand dollars were imported to Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the number of vehicles imported only with electric motors during the reporting period amounted to 2,871 units.
