Within the framework of the project of “Strengthening the Auxiliary Technologies (CT) and Rehabilitation Sector in Azerbaijan, WHO Regional Office for Europe has visited Azerbaijan, WHO Office in Azerbaijan told APA.
The purpose of the mission takes place with the participation of Satish Mishra, specialist on Regional Adviser on Disability, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care, WHO Regional Office for Europe, and specialist on Disability, Rehabilitation and Health Services Specialist. Catal Morgan is to observe activity of Azerbaijan’s rehabilitation sector, exchange views on the results of query of “R-ATA” (WHO survey tool for rapid-Assistive Technology Assessment WHO) studying needs on ancillary technologies carried out in 67 countries of the world and in Azerbaijan in 2021 organized by the WHO, with the interested sides.
