Concessions for activities of the private sector in the liberated areas have been determined, said Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev in the panel speech at the "Human Resources Summit 2023" event, APA reports.
"It is a stimulus package created by us. Relocation of nearly 140 thousand people to those areas is planned. Training programs are applied to our moving citizens within the framework of vocational training. We should impart knowledge and skills to 7-10 thousand people. Concessions allow people with knowledge and skills to aspire to go there and start a business," the minister added.
