Chairman of the Trade Union of the Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Mehman Ismayilov has visited the family of Rashad Vagif oglu Shafiyev, an employee of the MES, who martyred while being on service duty as a result of missile strikes on the city of Barda by the Armenian armed forces during 44 Days of Patriotic war, on the occasion of professional holiday of the Ministry of Emergency Situations -December 16, the MES told APA.
