Iran's Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Ali Abdollahi on Wednesday warned Gulf states against assisting US military operations, stating that Tehran views such support as direct participation alongside American forces amid heightened tensions, Yeni Şafak reports.
Posting on X, Abdollahi addressed Gulf states that have publicly denied Washington use of their territory against Iran. "should know that nothing escapes our notice," he said, emphasizing Tehran monitors all regional movements.
Abdollahi noted that substantial US military aircraft, particularly aerial refueling tankers, at regional bases would not go unnoticed by hosts. "We warn that any assistance or facilitation provided to the aggressor US military will be considered participation alongside US forces," he stated.
