A conference has been held today on "Identification of missing persons - Humanitarian approach" dedicated to the August 30 - International Day of the Disappeared with an organization of the State Commission and International Committee of the Red Cross regarding prisoners of war, hostages and missing persons, APA reports.
The conference has been attended by employees of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and relevant public institutions, heads of embassies of foreign countries operating in Azerbaijan, representatives of international organizations, the head of the Representation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the Republic of Azerbaijan, representatives of religious confessions, non-governmental organizations and diaspora, journalists and families of missing persons.
