The Charter of the Judicial Councils Network of the member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has been signed in Baku, APA reports.
According to the Charter, it is planned to strengthen legal solidarity among the states, harmonize judicial and legal systems, and reinforce mutual cooperation.
The mentioned document was signed by Inam Karimov, Chairman of the Supreme Court and the Judicial-Legal Council of Azerbaijan; Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States; Aida Seidakmatova, Chair of the Judges' Council of the Kyrgyz Republic; Fuzuli Aydoghdu, Chair of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors of the Republic of Türkiye; Kholmumin Yodgorov, Chair of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Yernar Begaliyev, member of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan; and Bertan Ozerdagh, President of the Supreme Court of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
