The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson walked the streets of Kyiv with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, the Ukrainian President shared a post on his "Facebook" page, APA reports.
After the talks, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson took a walk through the center of Kyiv. In particular, they walked along Khreshchatyk, Independence Square, and the Alley of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy showed the guest a memorial to fallen heroes. During the walk, a passerby approached the President and the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and presented ceramic roosters.
The same rooster by Prokop Bedasyuk was standing in the kitchen cupboard, which survived in a high-rise building destroyed by Russian troops in the village of Borodyanka in the Kyiv region. The photo of this locker with a rooster became popular on the Internet and became a symbol of stability for the Ukrainian people.
