Baku Initiative Group holds competition on tackle against colonialism

Baku Initiative Group is holding a competition on "The most creative idea in the tackle against colonialism", Baku Initiative Group informed APA.

It was reported that this competition is held for the first time in Azerbaijan and will be organized among the volunteers of Baku Initiative Group (BIG) at the initial stage. Later, the competition is planned to be held among the youth of the country, as well as among the youth of the peoples living under the colonial rule.

Projects will be admitted from September 20 to October 20. Anyone registered in the BIG volunteer group can apply for the competition.

The competition is being held for the purpose of exploring ways of civil struggle against all types of colonialism within the norms and principles of international law, encouragement of new ideas using modern methods and technologies related to the elimination of colonialism and neocolonialism, defining more sustainable alternative ways of tackle against the problems caused by colonialism and neocolonialism in various fields, as well as for the purpose of presenting the talented BIG volunteers to the society.

The winners of the competition will be awarded with special diplomas and valuable gifts.
