32 families, consisting of 139 people, who were relocated at this stage were presented with keys to their apartments.
Officials of the Special Representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Kalbajar district and the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons attended the ceremony. Families relocated for permanent residence in Kalbajar city were provided with apartments in newly constructed buildings.

14 families (56 people) from Ganja city, 12 families (56 people) from Baku city, 3 families (13 people) from Absheron region, 1 family (6 people) from Tartar region, 1 family (4 people) from Samukh region, 1 family (4 people) from Mingachevir city, a total of 32 families - 139 people, are being relocated to Kalbajar city.
32 families comprising 139 people have been relocated to Kalbajar city in this phase.
The families moving to Kalbajar had previously been temporarily settled in various parts of the country, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.
