The current seismic situation of the area, after the devastating quake that occurred in the fraternal Turkiye, on February 6 this year, will be learned by Azerbaijani seismologists, the Republican Seismological Center told APA.
In this regard, on April 5, a group of employees of the center, consisting of the General Director of the center, a corresponding member of ANAS, led by Professor Gurban Yetirmishli left for the brotherly country.
Within the framework of the visit, Azerbaijani seismologists are expected to conduct complex geophysical-seismic research at the epicenter of the earthquake, in Kahramanmaras and Hatay.
