To strengthen legal relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan, a delegation led by the Minister of Law and Justice of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Azam Nazeer Tarar, is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, the Ministry’s Press Service told APA.
As part of the visit, the delegation paid tribute to the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev at the Alley of Honor, laid a wreath at his grave. They also visited the Alley of Martyrs, Victory Park, and the Victory Monument, and the memory of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan’s independence and territorial integrity was honored.
Later, Minister of Justice Farid Ahmadov held a meeting with his Pakistani counterpart. During the meeting, it was emphasized that the existing cooperation in the legal field between the two countries is at a high level. It was also noted that political, economic, trade, and other bilateral relations are successfully developing.
