In January-July 2026, 1,342.6 thousand foreigners and stateless persons from 191 countries arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.
It was reported that 28.3% of the arrivals were citizens of the Russian Federation, 20% Türkiye, 7.9% Iran, 4.7% Georgia, 4.6% Kazakhstan, 3.2% each Uzbekistan and Pakistan, 3.1% Israel, 2.6% India, 2.5% China, 2.3% Saudi Arabia, 1.6% Ukraine, 1.3% Turkmenistan, 1.1% Germany, 1% the United Kingdom, while citizens of other countries and stateless persons accounted for 12.6%.
Men accounted for 67.4% of the arrivals and women for 32.6%.
