"Shortages were observed during pandemic. Examples became useless as they were not taken and carried in accordance with norms," said Elvin Bayramov, Head of Central Laboratory of Military Hospital of Military Medical Main Department of State Security Service at the International Scientific Conference on "Modern approaches to the complex diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19)", APA reports.
According to him, the problem was resolved then:
"Taking and carrying examples is conducted in accordance with international norms now."
E. Bayramov has said that antigen tests can be used in the future for determination of mass controls:
"By using of COVID laboratories as determination of serious diseases such as HIV during the post-pandemic period this equipment will serve to the protection of health of the population in the future."
E. Bayramov has added that the COVID recovery rate in Azerbaijan is 70% now.
