Transit of live birds from 6 countries through Azerbaijan has been restricted, the Food safety agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.
Noted that a temporary restriction has been imposed from the administrative territory of Kujawsko-Pomorskie of Poland, Overeysel province of Netherlands, South East England region of England, Armagh City, Banbridge, and Craigavon district of Northern Ireland on the import of live poultry and hatching eggs, poultry meat, ready-made meat products from poultry and all types of poultry products containing poultry processing products (except for goods that ensure the destruction of poultry flu viruses and processed goods), poultry feed and equipment used for storage, cutting and processing of poultry feed additives (except for feed and feed additives gained by plant, chemical and microbiological synthesis ), as well as on the transit of live birds from those administrative-territorial units of the mentioned countries through the territory of Azerbaijan.
