An earthquake has hit Armenia, the Republican Seismic Survey Center of Azerbaijan told APA.
According to the eartquake research bureau, an eartquake was recorded in the territory Armenia. The earthquake was felt up to 3 magnitude in the city of Ordubad of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, 29 km north of the Ordubad station.
The Rescue Service of Armenia Internal Affairs Ministry noted that the strength of the earthquake was 4-5 magnitude at the epicenter, which occurred 14 km north of the city of Kajaran.
The tremors were felt in the cities of Agarak, Mehri, Kajaran, and Gafan.
