The process of using artificial intelligence in demining research in liberated areas of Azerbaijan from the occupation is underway, APA reports.
Activity is underway to eliminate the mine threat and create favorable living conditions for the implementation of the "Great Return" program. Drones supplied through the artificial intelligence software by the British RPS Energy Limited company, have been involved in the research and analysis services of the minefields in the liberated territories.
The relevant agreement has been reached between the company and the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) in this regard. In accordance with the agreement between the ANAMA and RPS Energy Ltd., with the use of the artificial intelligence over the last year within the framework of the project, 18 thousand hectares of the area have been analyzed in Zangilan, Fizuli, Jabrayil, Tartar, and Gubadli districts
