Maleyka Abbaszadeh publicizes names of higher schools giving illegal diplomas in Azerbaijan

Chairwoman of SSAC noted that state bodies wanted to determine whether the candidate was certificated illegally or not. She underlined that such kind of appeals were mostly linked with Azerbaijan International University.
â€œThere are 118 surveys on this university in SSAC. We replied that admission examination to this university was not carried out via SSAC. Certainly, these reports are saved in our base and it is called â€œblack baseâ€.
Abbaszadeh added that Azerbaijan State Physical Culture and Sports Academy gave 21 illegal diplomas, Corporation Institute 19, Economic University 6, Technical University 2, Baku State University 1.
â€œThese numbers are not absolute. We have collected information and submitted it to proper bodies, higher schools and Education Ministryâ€, she said.
To her, surveys are sent to proper higher schools to clarify how the diploma was given, if there was not a name of bachelor in information base of SSAC. The leadership of the country is also informed.
