Commission of Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population investigates case on injured in collapsed high-rise building in Azerbaijani capital

Chief of State Labor Inspection Commission, head of the investigation commission Nabi Shukurlu told APA that the commission will investigate under what conditions the workers were employed and whether labor agreements were signed. The investigations will last 20 days and depending on the results it will be determined whether the injured and families of the dead will get compensation.
Compensation can be appointed to the injured workers depending on the judgment of the medical-social expert commission. Nabi Shukurlu noted that compensation in the sum of monthly salary of the victim is given to his family until his child reaches 18. If the child gets education, compensation is paid until he is 23 years old. Compensation is paid to the parents of those workers who do not have children. Compensation is paid to those legally incapable, women over 57 and men over 62. /APA/
